Planning permission was approved unanimously at planning committee on Thursday 25th February 2021 for a single detached house, on the land to the rear of Collingwood, Lower Chase Road Swanmore.

Bath Lane Fareham - January 2021

Imperial Homes Commercial Ltd have applied to Fareham council to construct the 18 homes in land behind the Red Lion Hotel near West Street and East Street.

The proposed properties will be split between two sites around the pub's car park near supermarket Tesco.

Provost Street Fordingbridge - January 2021

Imperial Homes have been working closely with New Forest District Council, and we are pleased that our Fordingbridge Village Centre scheme is going to be grated planning approval under delegated powers.
