Imperial Homes are delighted to have secured a detailed planning permission for the construction of 18 new dwellings at Bath Lane Fareham. The application which was taken to the December planning committee with a recommendation for approval, was unanimously passed by the members.
The project, is an important town centre development, and boasts a range of two and three bedroom houses. Construction work is due to start in Q1 2022, with practical completion due in early 2023.
