Being our first home we were unsure what to expect and started the journey when there wasn’t much of a house. They sent us fortnightly images of the house and the kept us informed with the stage and what would be happening next. It’s amazing to look back and see step by step of our home being built. They always made our day seeing where the house was and how it was all coming together.

They were extremely patient with us and helped at every point they could. They talked us through what was to be done and choices that had to be made.

Mel was a superstar and held our hand through the whole process. Having someone like Mel who had such a positive energy and was excited about being on this journey with us made this whole experience a lot more worthwhile.
